After waiting for an hour on my pizza I get told I have to wait another hour and half. The little white gentleman there who took care of me was so rude then I called to speak to someone he answered and get an attitude then tells me whatever then hung up . I tried calling him back to talk to him to tell him how unprofessional that was and he just wants to go ahead and put me on hold without saying anything. I think it is ridiculous. We have been ordering from this location for years and always had good pizza. But recently it has gone downhill. I don't know what is going on but the toppings are wrong and the pizzas are undercooked.
So I had pizza delivered and I put contactless delivery for a reason. I have a sleeping baby . So not only does he come ringing the doorbell but he then opens my receipt after I sign it and says “and the tip” . Like really , I don’t appreciate being asked where someone’s tip is included .
