Weekly customer here. The Philly pizza is often light on beef, but this time it was extremely scarce. I raised this once before and was told it would be fixed, but it happened again. Unfortunately, I will stop ordering.
Usually when I walk in a nice woman and man greet me. Today when I came in initially the young man looked confused as to why I was there. I pass the Marcos closest to me to come to this one because everyone is usually pleasant and looked clean. Im not sure what happened.
Has ownership changed? Why have my last 3 pizza orders been undercooked? I even tick the well done box on the app and it seems like no one's reading it.
Do not order from here. They hand your delivery order to random contracted drivers, not employees. Deliveries are left at random places so your food will be cold when someone finds it. Order from a real pizza place like i Fretelli
