We order from Marco’s all the time, it’s our go to pizza place and I’ve never been as disappointed as I was tonight with the young woman I spoke with on the phone. Not only did she openly admit to sending the wrong pizza out for delivery she hung up the phone on me when I asked for her name (I just wanted to make sure I didn’t get disconnected) and then refused to send the right order. Takeout order, get the notification that the order is ready. Once I arrived was told it would be a couple more minutes. Waited an additional 30 minutes as 6 other people ordered and received their pizzas. When I asked for an update I was told it would be a few more minutes. When I said I had already been waiting they went into the back and my order magically appeared. A ridiculous wait for no reason for the most mediocre pizza.
I inadvertently ordered the thin crust. Boy, was I lucky. Delicious
