The staff is very kind. Their pizzas are okay, better than many other pricier places.
We just love Marcos pizza!! Delivery practices need improvement. We have never had the pizza delivered hot in a bag. They just hand you the pizza. Twice, they just left it on the door stoop when we specifically said on the app to " meet you at the door". Still love their pizza, though. We even prefer it to Pizza Hut.
The service was awesome, friendly, and swift. The lady made ordering super easy and made accommodations to my liking. The staff checked on us 3 times while we dined in and made the experience feel more like a mom and pop shop as opposed to a chain. Service, food and ambience were perfect.
We have ordered from here multiple times and the food is always delicious! The prices are extremely reasonable. Like everyone, sometimes mistakes are made. We recently had a hiccup in an order. However, the management is easy to work with, talk to, and quick to fix any problems. Tori is who I spoke to on Super Bowl Sunday (an already crazy, busy day for establishments like this one).
