NY style pizza was so good
I’ve ordered pizza at this location 3 times. The same order every time and for some reason my order is wrong. Top to bottom the food and service is poor.
Update 8/12/2025 just like to point out that nobody did ever contact me and since then over 20,000 people have seen the image I posted at the time (according to google maps data). Not to mention all the times my family and I would have eaten at Marcos over the past 2 years if they hadn't blown it so spectacularly. I say all this just to make the point that if you own a business you're WAY better off extending an apology to people when something goes wrong rather than just ignoring the problem. Ordered a very simple pepperoni pizza and was delivered a cheese instead. The other one I ordered was correct. Called and they said they'll send another. 30 minutes later I get a pepperoni with pineapple on it 🤮. I called again and they offered me a coupon. But when it showed up on my account it was "20 points" not "20% off my next order" like they claimed. That's just ridiculous. At that point just refund me. Never ordering here again.
