I don't even eat here, but I was picking up an order and witnessed this disgusting display of power and entitlement. The patron was pissed cuz he didn't understand they don't deliver anymore. So he has to PICK UP HIS OWN PIZZA! The horror! Tried ordering pizza today (10/1/25) but was denied over the phone in rude fashion. Was told to order online because they were busy and took too much time to punch in a CC # and I told the guy that I tried but the website wasn't working right, the deals offered online were just charging the usual amount so it wasn't a deal at all. I was told "well I didn't make the website, you just need to order online we're too busy". I just hung up because clearly they didn't care. I almost never write reviews, but my experience was so poor, and no one has contacted me about my experience as I requested through the normal channels, so this is where I will share my experience. I pre-ordered a pizza for delivery for a birthday party more than 24 hours in advance. The pizza order was not even made or out of the store until 45 minutes after the promised delivery time, and we were not able to eat the pizza, leaving 12 hungry young kids at the party.
