ordered a pizza at 5:55pm...said delivery at 6:28pm. .arrived at 7pm. cold and blah. on the app I selected black olives and got green, so had to pick them off.
Second time I have been disappointed. First time I ordered I asked for a pizza half pepperoni and half hamburger and black olive. I received half cheese and half pepperoni and hamburger. Today on the app I ordered extra sauce and received pizzas with half the pizza with no sauce. Seems they have issues. Use to love their pizza but not anymore.

You guys did an amazing job getting my strange request right for my Dairy Free daughter! It is safely back in the oven with DF “cheese”. Thank you for being willing to accommodate and half-bake her pizza. It meant so much to her to have a normal pizza like her brother she doesn’t get many opportunities like this! We will definitely be doing this again. Thank you so much, it really does mean a lot and was a fun surprise for her on our family movie night.

Good pizza, managers are condescending and rude. They put me on hold for over 5 minutes so I thought they forgot me and called back. Was asked to hold again, said please don't put me on hold, I was just on hold for 5 minutes. He says I'm sorry and puts me back on hold. When he answered, I asked for a manager, and he WAS a manager. I explained my situation and he said. "I'm sorry, but you hung up and called back, you went to the back of the line, that's how hold works".
