I called the Louise Avenue location around 11:30AM to place an order we had found on the Marco’s website, as we were unable to get the advertised discount to apply online. Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone was noticeably condescending and dismissive. She acted as though it was an inconvenience to help us place the order, and did not allow me the opportunity to explain where I had found the promotion, despite it being clearly listed on the website. Called at 10:11 from a hotel..wasn't sure since I saw they closed at 11. Robert was so kind on the phone and so professional! Not sure if Robert delivered our pizza 19 min later but whomever did was awesome too !! Pizza was great and piping hot!!!! Thank u guys!!

I ordered an hour before close. Called to check on my order 5 minutes before close because it had been almost an hour. Nobody answered and then they canceled my order long after. I assume they made the food and an employee took it home. My issue is the lack of communication. If you won't make food an hour before close that's fine, just shut off online ordering.
