Wanted to order because I was super busy. Never eat fast food n/or get it delivered. Called about the NY to get info. Should of never of did that because it seems the people there don't know about customer service. The app does not seem to work correctly to change the NY pie toppings see below. So I go to GH that app worked great. So I order at 3ish it will be here at 4:15 awesome. NOT. I get a canceled order at 4:15. Guess it was not ment to be.
We received the wrong pizza then were told we couldn't be priority and it was an hour wait. we took a 15 minute golf cart ride to pass time then came back and were called and told that the owner took our pizza home because we weren't there when he delivered our pizza ( we didn't receive a call or any text message that our pizza was there or on the way) and we weren't able to get credit or another pizza sent or the person on the phone would be fired. They gave me my change wrong and then told me they had to make an audit before giving me the missing money. They made a big deal out of it and now I'm still missing my money even tho they said they would call me right away the next morning and I have no way of communicating with the person who is supposed to give the green light for them to give me my money.
