Ordered online and received a confirmation at 750 pm. 809 email states order on the way. Called at 849pm told driver had a double order. Called back at 903pm and put on hold and we asked to cancel the order and knowing there is no way its fresh or hot and we were told the driver couldn't be located and they agreed. BTW the Original delivery quote estimated 35 min. If your busy fine but im emailed at 809 saying its on the way and an hour later still nothing? Not very tasty, super dry and almost tasteless if it wasnt for a greasy one. probably wouldn’t go back
The delivery was to be at 7:14 the food was delivered at 7:45 it was warm not hot I had called and asked about my order was told the they were busy and had to redo my order if so why were our pizza & wing warm this is not the first time this has happen.
Pizza was burnt and dry on the top. Not good moist and cheesy like in the past. I called to tell them and the girl on the phone made it sound like she thought I was lying. I asked to speak to the manager and she said no manager was there. Just last week our pizza was perfect. I don't know who burnt it tonight and then sold it that way.
