never gets my order right!!!
They put in a drive thru and close the lobby early, thus preventing customers from walking in to order and pick-up. the manager, Sarah, is terrible and rude. She told me pick-up orders at the drive thru were not allowed if you aren't in a vehicle. How am i supposed to pick up my order with the lobby being closed early and not in a vehicle? Common sense, keep the lobby open for those on foot.

I love Marcos pizza in Rossford ( besides the fact of previously having issues with coupons) they have the best pizza and the nicest staff. Although I wish there was a way to voice a small complaint about something without posting it on social media �I don’t see a spot where you can send a pm.

Better then vitos right up there with pizza hut and Dominos
Our cheese bread had barely any cheese on it and was cold when we got it, when I called to complain they didn’t seem to care and the manager was rude.

Love your pizza, been eating it for years, but the last few weeks I have been put on hold for at least 3 mins even more on occasion a total of 5 times and went to other pizza places. Pizza's are good, just can never get person to answer phones .
I have spent a lot of money with you guys over the years. Tonight you treated my son rudely. I tried calling but you guys cant answer the phone. Don't change your rules depending on the customer. I have always used the school discount card with no problem. So they ordered what I suggested. Instead your employee said they were unauthorized to take it. Never again will we order from your location. I will be calling corporate Monday.

Went a few weeks ago , manager gave me shit about the coupon !! Got combo deal .. added another large pizza , left coupon in car .. she has a stack of coupons with same deal.. said corporate won't fine them money back.. really clip that coupon from the stack of new one.. I went to car and got her the Fing coupon.. today well call Three time put on hold twice got voice mail really , I will go back when you get NEW MANAGEMENT.. Screw you Rossford Marcos
