Did not get what I ordered. This is not buffalo chicken. Called and spk to Mgr, she swears that it is.

I ordered on the phone and they knew my order the cheezybread with ranch dressing exactly even though it has been at least a year since I had been here. The gentleman that gave me my food at pickup, provided me with a discount that I was not aware of. He was well pleased when I gave him the savings to me in a tip. He seemed genuinely happy at his job and that makes a great difference to your customer experience.

Mitch was such an awesome Employee! Our online order somehow was wrong. We wanted thin crust and got THICK crust. He said let me fix that but meanwhile eat this while its hot and I will go right back and redo that correctly and run back. I have never had a driver fix my order problem in 10seconds flat LOL Don't let this guy go. He gets a 100% in customer service satisfaction.
