I have called 4 times over the course of a day just to get a Covid test called in for memorial. I have had a sore throat, headache, and fever for 3 days. I was completely ignored and now I have to take another day off work and go pay 110 dollars for a Covid test because this office it’s staff and doctors are completely useless.
Dr. Iza is great, explains what he is doing / whats happening with your body very well. However, my first visit I waited over 45 minutes to be scene - that is not Dr. Iza's fault, but it negatively effected our initial encounter. Overall, great Dr., helped me to feel comfortable and understood.
