I am so thankful that my dear friend told me about this dentist. He’s been amazing. I definitely won’t be looking for another dentist again. They make you feel like they have known you for years. love this place
If your practice decides to not be in network with a given insurance provider, the burden is on you to inform your patients. I found out my insurance was no longer accepted, but only after making a 23 mile trip to my appointment. The lady at the front desk wasn’t even willing to offer a solution. I’d like to think this is not done with premeditation in the hopes of nudging the patient to pay out of pocket.
