Excellent service
I do not recommend this place I lost a day of work to bring my son and I was called 3 minutes before the appointment at 8am to see if I would make it and I told them yes but was 3 minutes late to the appointment and was turn away at the office and told I had to reschedule the appointment why not inform me over the phone if I was late I would not be seen and worst when I arrive there was only 1 family in the waiting room I could understand if the place was packed and I lost a spot but the office was practically empty and if i... read more
I do not recommend this place. For my first appointment, I arrived early—half an hour ahead of time—but they made me wait for over an hour past my scheduled slot. My second appointment was today at 8:00 AM; they called me three minutes before 8:00 to ask if I was going to make it. I told them yes, that I would be arriving at 8:00, and I pulled in at 8:03. However, they refused to see me, insisting that the appointment had to be rescheduled. Why didn't they inform me of that policy when they called?
