Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to schedule a follow up appointment. I saw Lila Chartman once before and had a good visit experience but the staff is far from attentive and VERY difficult to deal with on top of giving contradicting information. Due to this, I will chose another doctor…

I am writing this review against Office Manager and Owner of the practice, Raquel Chertman at Chertman Endocrinology. My recent experience with this office raised serious concerns regarding their professionalism lack of transparency in billing practices and disrespectful treatment of patients. On July 7 2025 I received an email from Chertman Endocrinology containing a vague and unexplained medical bill for a service allegedly rendered on May 16 2024. I highly recommend Dr. Lila Chertman she is extremely thorough and takes time to check everything, making sure no detail is overlooked. I always feel confident and well cared for during my visits. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients well-being. It’s reassuring to have a doctor who is so attentive

I had an appointment and the DR wanted me to have a cortisol test. I’ve never had one before so I was not aware if it was a home test or lab. I requested an rx but the DR said I would be notified so I thought it was a home test. I was never notified so I called the office and was told that she sent the request to quest.
