My appointment slot was 8:00-12:00. No sign of the tech. I called the office and was told he is running behind and I should expect to hear from him by 12:30. Long story short, he finally came by at 2:30 and fixed my problem. He was very nice and did a good job. Would appreciate, in the future, if the office if the tech can let the customer know if they are running late.

Everything was great! Very friendly and professional! I was surprised with how quickly they were able to get out to complete the demo and install especially with us expecting baby boy soon! Definitely recommend Edward, Omar and their team! They explained everything very well and provided their personal and professional recommendations! They also left the house clean from all of the demo in the attic and bedroom with the new install that took place! 10/10!!
