Zero stars if I could. Arrogant and rude. Wouldn’t be surprised if others had the same experience in urgent care. Not someone I would recommend at all. Will definitely talk to the supervisor about our incident and patient relations. Mercy needs better providers. Glad care was provided by another provider the same day and made the visit better.. I wouldn’t be surprised if this “bad” review gets deleted .. kinda odd there are not many reviews on this provider.
When I came in he wasn’t really listening to me and kept cutting me off when I spoke about my issues on why I’m here. He was dismissive and rude.
