I have been speaking with Geoff at Marcone for over 3 years now and he's very knowledgeable. He has delivered on all of his promises and I highly recommend Marcone to anyone looking for parts on appliances!
After being assured that the full purchase price, including base cost/tax/shipping, would be refunded if returned "new" within 14 days, they then wanted to deduct the shipping and make me pay for the return shipping.
