Just a bad day? can't really say how good they are since I could not get through to the Depew store. I just got cut off after the machine answered three times, Then I was on hold for seven minuets at the other location. After calling back,was put on hold again. I guess they need another counter person if business is so good. Maybe it is as good as it gets???
Very Knowledgeable All the guys at Jacoby's are very knowledgeable and helpful. They were always able to get the parts I needed to fix my appliances and if they didn't have what I need, they ordered it and get it in quickly. They have very good hours as well, making it easy for me to pick things up on my way home from work instead of having to go out of my way during lunch.

jackweho After being assured that the full purchase price, including base cost/tax/shipping, would be refunded if returned "new" within 14 days, they then wanted to deduct the shipping and make me pay for the return shipping. When I brought up the fact that their rep had told me differently, the lame excuse offered was "he shouldn't have told you that". So it then became my fault for relying on their employee's statement.
