Their motto : Best inventory. Best price. Yesterday afternoon, I was charged triple the price than what Amazon sells the same part for. Called the number on the receipt when I got home and was told I could return as long as it hadn't been installed. Took it back to the store this morning and was told that they don't give returns. This was my go-to place for appliance parts for the last several years as I fix my own appliances if at all possible. NEVER NEVER believe what their sales reps tell you about returns. Never believe the people in the Corporate office. One way or the other, they will screw you on shipping and/or returning; then you have to fight with your credit company to get your full refund.
