Their motto : Best inventory. Best price. Yesterday afternoon, I was charged triple the price than what Amazon sells the same part for. Called the number on the receipt when I got home and was told I could return as long as it hadn't been installed. Took it back to the store this morning and was told that they don't give returns. They are wonderful, I am a female and normally get snide service or talk down to when entering a parts business, or they try to sell you something you don't need. Not the case with MARCONE SUPPLY. The three gentlemen working were very nice and treated me with respect and professionalism, like i was any other customer. I would gladly recommend this business to anyone in the need of appliance parts. Great Job!!
NEVER NEVER believe what their sales reps tell you about returns. Never believe the people in the Corporate office. One way or the other, they will screw you on shipping and/or returning; then you have to fight with your credit company to get your full refund.
After being assured that the full purchase price, including base cost/tax/shipping, would be refunded if returned "new" within 14 days, they then wanted to deduct the shipping and make me pay for the return shipping. When I brought up the fact that their rep had told me differently, the lame excuse offered was "he shouldn't have told you that". So it then became my fault for relying on their employee's statement.
