Make sure to get things in writing. One of the managers is very good at writing one thing and saying another, then hangs up when she's done talking to you. They started painting the hallways 4 years ago then stopped before it was finished. Was told by one of the managers the painter was fired before the job was finished. A lot of the windows are foggy, like the double layer glass has moisture in it. Do not live in their properties under any circumstances. Awful management. Hard pass. The landlord is cool and nice before my sign. Sounds like she cares about money and contracts only. You can’t expect pretty much no help no matter when you need some. Maintenance guys are nice.
