Dr. Yeung’s staff told me at my check in that I was refused service because they “don’t do cars or workplace accidents”. I got hit by a car on a skateboard and foolishly thought that I could go to an orthopedist - this unprofessional and unfriendly treatment was not only embarrassing at the time, but caused me to delay my treatment for an injury by a week because I had to re book another provider. Note that this isn’t a. Mt Sinai policy- I saw an amazing provider the next week on 23rd.
Dr. Yeung was very attentive to my specific needs. Super knowledgeable, super personable, and I would recommend him to anyone I know.
Awful experience with this provider. Terrible follow-up. I had a fall and need to know the details of my injury for a proper rehab plan, but the provider/office never responded. I have waited for my test results for 2.5 weeks now; first, I patiently waited for 10 days, even though the radiology facility told me it would take 2-3 days. I called the office three times to get my results and they asked me to wait 2 days, then 1 day, and now 2 additional days again - still no results.
