Speaking from many experiences there I can say the facility is clean, we got in quickly, the staff was vey nice, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. Yes, they are expensive. Not unlike a trip to the emergency room, however far more convenient. They are not set up for heart attacks or strokes but have handled broken bones, cuts and infections and illnesses for us.
Worst facility in the state. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is awful, the doctors must be the ones that are no longer fit to work in the actual hospital, they don't seem to know what they are doing, went in for something very minor, not worth going to a busy overcrowded hospital and they were trying to call an ambulance to come to get you and try and force you to go to NCH hospital, they must get a kickback for each person they send to the hospital, this was the worst Healthcare facility I have ever been to if I could give 0 sta... read more
My daughter and I were sick with norovirus. We arrived to a caring receptionist who got a wheelchair for my daughter. We were treated by compassionate caring professionals. They treated us with kindness and medical competency with no waiting. Thank you for your help during a difficult time! You helped is to feel better faster.
NCH Urgent Care in Marco Island provided exceptional care. The front desk associate was very helpful in guiding us through the claims process and check-in. Both the nurse and the doctor were fantastic. Our wait time was less than 10 minutes. They took excellent care of our concerns.
