An appalling display of dishonesty and incompetence. I was blatantly overcharged, and when I sought a simple resolution, I was met with evasive excuses, outright lies, and an exhausting runaround. Rather than issuing the refund they indisputably owed me, Marco’s Pizza insulted me with an in-store credit—as though I would reward their unethical behavior with further business. Ordered the deep pan like I've been ordering for years. Never one do I have to mention a coupon. Zachary took the order and didn't know what he was doing. I asked about the $6 deal and he didn't know nothing! Suggested a small pizza that cost more than the deal. Asked the (black young manager) and she couldn't adjust the price. And agreed Zack didn't know what he was doing. After thus experience I won't be a returning customer! $37 for 2 pizzas is crazy!
SO yummy cheesy crispy and best crust ever had. Definitely go here.
