I have ordered twice from them. I called yesterday to order again. The customer service was bad previously, now I was just begging the person to assist me. After multiple lackluster responses, I gave up and called a local company.

If your business is outside of the USA then don't use Marco Promos in my opinion. They asked me to pay for umbrellas and polo shirts by bank transfer and when that didn't happen fast enough would not release the goods until I paid again by Visa. My bank later assured me the bank transfer went through, Marco Promos denied receiving the money and refused to help find out what happened and did not reply to emails. Marco Promotions was impossible to work with for logo items. I spent hours trying to get a hold of my sales representative, Melissa. She stopped responding, and every time I called the mainline, I would get a different response. I was finally able to speak to a supervisor who rectified the shipping and communication issues. I couldn't be more disappointed with this company and their extremely shady and unprofessional tactics. We were given a run around because their website was down. Which ultimately caused a delay in shipping. I'm now the day before we were told we would receive the items we purchased, only to receive an email that the color we requested is out of stock (3 business days after we ordered).
