This was my first order with Marco Promos. The site and their instructional video on converting images, claim they convert images but the Promotion Specialist (PS) I was assigned to never offered this option. I had to call & speak w/a different PS to get assistance. I had already sent an updated image to my assigned PS but was still charged for having their Graphics Team take care of it. 19 years of events and I have never had such a fail from a company as this order. I ordered thousands of ribbons with special designs (added cost) for an event on 10/25. I placed my order and paid in Sept. with a customer service rep who acknowledged my "in-hand" drop dead date of 10/14. After I had to contact MP to understand where my order was - I was told there was a delay in production. Then once that was resolved I'd be overnighted my ribbons. I have ordered twice from them. I called yesterday to order again. The customer service was bad previously, now I was just begging the person to assist me. After multiple lackluster responses, I gave up and called a local company.
If your business is outside of the USA then don't use Marco Promos in my opinion. They asked me to pay for umbrellas and polo shirts by bank transfer and when that didn't happen fast enough would not release the goods until I paid again by Visa. My bank later assured me the bank transfer went through, Marco Promos denied receiving the money and refused to help find out what happened and did not reply to emails. Not only did MarcoPromos make unauthorized charges on my UPS account, billing me for their own product procurement, the hand sanitizers I received were not properly sealed and nearly all opened in transit, resulting in me paying $1500 for bags of goop. Fraudulent, opportunistic business practices and poor quality goods.
the company is the worst I have ever dealt with I have a few reasons why 1. the company right next door to us fired their COO because this company provided crappy samples 2. they have the worst service reps I tried getting samples and the company said they will process them for me then the next day I get a message from another rep saying that too many orders have come from your address when only the person who got fired has order samples 3. they accused me and the other companies in our complex for trying to fraud them out o... read more
