Very rude and unappreciative. Basically act like they are doing you a favor. Several uncomfortable experiences with this business. From ordering for work functions to eating out on a Saturday night. Too many other pizza options in New Haven to settle for this poor service. If they make an error they will not correct it or own up to it. And it’s sucks because the food isn’t bad. Marco Polo Pizzeria customer service sucks and I remember the bad feelings that they left me with like it was yesterday. Thumbs down!
My boyfriend & I just moved to New Haven and were looking for a quick bite to eat. I found Marco Polo from google and we decided to give it a try. We got 2 hot subs on a huge bed of fries, mild buffalo wings and a large cesar salad. They said it would take an hour but only took 35-40 minutes (which is fast considering what we ordered). Best pizza in New Haven County. Buffalo wings are great. The House dressing is awesome. Loaded fries, garlic knots, lasagne.. all menu items are great. The staff is friendly.
Their pizza is amazing, lasagna is amazing, spaghetti is amazing, their salads are amazing, their wings are amazing, pretty much everything they make is amazing lol...this placeis one of my favorite spots in Downtown New Haven

Second time I have called and ordered the New Haven Salad, once from home, once from work, second time I've received the Marco Polo salad which is made with frozen smelly shrimp! Order accuracy counts.
