Marco Polo BMW in La Jolla has been my go-to for years, thanks to a referral from my late good friend Terry Longley, someone I trusted completely. He passed away from cancer, but his recommendation still holds up. Sebastian and the team at Marco Polo have taken great care of my BMW, my son’s, and my daughter’s over time. Honest, reliable service every time, no bull shit, just solid work. Five stars, hands down! ♥️

I have used Marco’s shop over 26 years now, time flies. Yesterday i brought my X3 down from Beverly Hills, and Sebastian and Noa were very professional and polite. The prices were great and because of this I’m bring my BMW convertible down after Christmas for all its service as well.

I took my car into 3 different shops, called 3 other shops, and ultimately went to Marco Polo because my oil pan plug was stripped on my 2013 328i. No other shop would touch the plug in fear of stripping the oil pan threads. The shops I called said they would have to replace the entire oil pan for $1500. Sebastian was the only one that said he thought he could remove it. Turns out he was able to remove the plug instantly without damaging any threads. Saved me $1500. A few days before a road trip I noticed that one of my rear taillights was malfunctioning. I called Marco and he was able to work me into their schedule. It was incredibly kind of him to take into consideration my time crunch. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in one day. I would not hesitate to return to Marco Polo Independent for any future repairs and highly recommend them.
