A few days before a road trip I noticed that one of my rear taillights was malfunctioning. I called Marco and he was able to work me into their schedule. It was incredibly kind of him to take into consideration my time crunch. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in one day. I would not hesitate to return to Marco Polo Independent for any future repairs and highly recommend them.
I love this place. Appreciated Sebastian’s willingness to help source a like new used part that saved me a ton of money and kept my 2006 mini cooper alive! Great communication and quick turn around for the repair. She’s running amazing. Will definitely come back since it’s just down the street from me!
I've been going to Marco Polo for 13 years for my 328xi, and they've kept that car in perfect condition for all that time. Repeating other comments here - Marco (now retired) and Sebestian have incredible experience with BMWs, and can diagnose and repair any issue faster, better and cheaper than expected.
I don’t think you will find a more honest mini service shop. He diagnosed the problem which ended up being a rediculous issue. We had towed the car from another supposedly mini repair expert who tried to charge thousands to get the car fix to Marco Polo which resolved the issue in one day.
