Went in with a broken AutoRefractor after a bit of frustration dealing with several people who were unsure what was happening… after personally speaking to Harley in sales who then got me in touch with Brandon the service manager, they had me in and out and back with a fixed machine within a few hours! I’m trying to give you the benefit of the doubt that the merger with Lombart/Advancing Eyecare has presented some challenges you are working on resolving. Your email and messaging system is horrific. The ONLY reason for the five star review is Darnessia. She is the ONLY person who I was able to reach regarding an issue with an order. Customer service is beyond horrible for the simple fact that you’ll get out on hold for one of the departments for over 10 min and the call will drop. Just trying to get someone on the other end to talk to is admission impossible. Literal waste of time
Awful experience with this company. Would not recommend purchasing or sending your equipment to get fixed. Our practice will not be purchasing our using Marco moving forward.
