I rarely write negative reviews, but after more than a year dealing with issues related to a transaction handled by Marco Munguía, I feel obligated to share my experience. Marco was the realtor involved in a seller-financed transaction for a property I sold in November 2024. Unfortunately, since the closing of the transaction, multiple problems have surfaced with the documentation.
