This is how you do tropical vacations without leaving the U.S. The facilities were terrific and the location just amazing. Avoid the risk and hassle and give the Marco Island Marriott a chance. We've stayed in the towers and a villa. If you can swing a villa you won't be disappointed. The pool, beach, and heir restaurants are top notch. Even the gym was nice and when we were there we actually used it regularly which is rare for us to be motivated on vacation.
