The Dr. Is great staff not so much in regards to updating patient demo and when taking phone calls. They will seem to disregard when you call needing assitance.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for years with Dr Baxter. Suddenly, when I go in as a walk in I get put with Dr Gonzalez she seems to think she is now my caring physician. She immediately wanted to order labs and add medications when I went in for something completely different. When I said no , she got upset and told me she wasn’t going to prescribe anything for me after this bc I refused labs. receptionists are SOOO rude , i went for a physical and they didn’t even stamp it the only thing that proves where i got it at , i had to make a whole other trip back and then when i asked if i was all up to date on my vaccinations the lady told me “i think so” even tho she had my immunization card right in front of her it’s like they aren’t even trained on these things & when i was explaining to the lady over the phone that it was frustrating she hung up on me , definitely never going back

I gave this place a zero stars the unprofessional representative in the front are very rude. I went yesterday and they had a damn attitude. I hope they change them pretty soon. I only go there because of the doctor. If not, I would be out of there. They talk about you and laugh about you they need to be gone so RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
