We are Marco's best kept secret located on the northeast side of Marco just down the street from Walgreen's off of Collier Blvd. We offer a full range of fitness equipment including Marco's largest selection of free weights. Great small family club on Marco Island. Fabulous trainers! (particularly Irene)
Great gym, good prices for individual visits. Lots of weights and machines, separate cardio room and they have a heavy bag, definitely plan on going to this gym again when I visit Marco Island !
I took a restorative yoga class with Susan Guzzo. It was exactly what I needed at the time. She was very intuitive, professional, and led a wonderful class. I will definitely go again, many times!
A great place to keep up exercising while on vacation. The staff are courteous and helpful.
