I can't say enough good things about him. He is tough, and very direct but does it in a gentle way which motivates me to follow his guidance and recommendations. When I was 58 years old I felt like I was going on 120...but now I'm 71 years old and feel like I'm going on 55 1/2 again. He is extremely knowledgeable and exudes confidence in what he says. I have and would recommend him to any/all of my friends and family. I feel lucky to have him as my Dr. & drive 360 miles round trip to see him.
