Love Dr. Marco and his staff. Office is beautiful, staff is friendly and Dr. Marco is wonderful to work with. No high pressure sales techniques. He doesn't try to get you to sign a contract or put you on an over zealous schedule. You make an apt when you need him and he will guide you on when he thinks you need to be seen again but does not pressure you. Very professional and I always felt like he was listening. Never tried to sell me extra stuff and I always felt great after.
I would highly recommend Dr. Marco to anyone in need of Chiropractic care. He truly takes a sincere personal interest and concern for your needs and well being.He takes as much time as you need to discuss your medical problems. He makes you feel at ease and comfortable in sharing with him all your aches, pains, discomforts, etc. On a scale of 1-10 he definitely rates an 11!! Love Dr Marco and his staff! Not only is Dr. Marco excellent at what he does but he doesn't try to pressure you to sign any type of contract or guilt you into a certain number of visits per month etc. He gives you direction on how often he recommends you come depending on the issue you are working on but leaves it up to you to schedule. His office assistant is super friendly and they just brought on a wonderful massage therapist as well. I highly recommend Dr. Marco if you are seeking a chiropractor in the Ballantyne area.
Has been great. Easy to work with, communicates easily, adjusts gently.
