Shady company, I work in the parts department for CDJR and sold Marco at Marco auto repair a valve body on 10/16/24; the total due was over $1300.00. He didn't pay for the part but got a $200.00 core credit on his card. I've called every day since the error was caught on 10/17 that the part wasn't paid for, and he has never answered my call or called me back. Yes, there was a mess up on our end, but a true, honest businessman would have called back and fixed it. If he does this to a company, what does he do to the customer?
