I had an appointment on 09-26-24 and was shocked by the lack of professionalism at this office. The parking was a mess, and once inside, the cleanliness and privacy standards were concerning. Blood was drawn in an open area, and I was asked to leave a urine sample on a table in a public space, which felt unsanitary.The APRN was rude and dismissive when I asked questions about her recommendations, even saying, “What did you come for then?” which made me feel unheard. Beautiful office, nice staff but the best is the Doctor. Dr. Nova cares about all my family members with an amazing professionalism .

I am a 93 year old new patient of Dr. Nova. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and kindness, and how he took all the necessary time to learn my past medical history. His office staff treated me with kindness and respect. My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Nova for over 20 years and extremely happy with him as well. I am extremely happy with Dr. Nova and highly recomend him.

El doctor es muy humano, y no me trato con prisa. Me explico detalladamente mi caso. Al staff hay que tenerle paciencia , pero eso pasa en la mayoria de las oficinas medicas. La oficina es bonita y limpia.
