I am very privileged to study BJJ under Marcio Cruz. His mentorship on and off the mat is priceless. All my training partners are a reflection of what BJJ is all about; lifestyle, comradery, positiveness, friendship and family are just a few words to mention when I think MCBJJ. If you live within a 100 miles, the drive is well worth it. Otherwise you should move closer :)
Best level of jiu jitsu in the Tampa bay area. Professor Marcio is not only a great instructor but a great friend as well. I feel proud of being under him for the last 4 years. My son also trains under him and loves it. I don't have to drag him to class. Quite the opposite. If you want to learn great jiu jitsu no matter your age, come check out our school.
