Awful!!! I loved dr marcinko until i had MAJOR expensive problems. I had a crown, screw , abutment placed by him and a vaneer. I thought i actually found a good dentist. Well, a couple grand later, and a lil over a month, (NOT NORMAL) I was out of state ( i had moved ) and the screw had actually fell out. With the correct fix of replacing the screw, crown and abutment (a 1500.00 quote for the crown and abutment alone, not including the screw) .
