I have been a patient here for over 30 years and cannot believe how much has changed (& not for the better) in the last year. Sadly I am forced to find a new dentist because it has become clear patient care & customer service are no longer values of this practice. My issues started in October of 2022, when my 6-month cleaning appt was cancelled by the office "due to staffing" and a new appt time was not available until a YEAR had passed since my last cleaning. Very passionate and caring staff. Dr. Mckone went over all procedures along with what our insurance would cover and helped me make the best decision regarding my treatment. Would highly recommend!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST AT ALL. I HAD A PLATE REPAIR DONE AND THE ONE DR DESTROYED IT HORRIBLY, HE FILED THE WHOLE TOOTH OFF OF IT, NOT EVEN ABLE TO CHEW AND HE REFUSED TO FIX IT CORRECTLY, NOW MY MOUTH IS TORE UP INSIDE BECAUSE ITS SHARP AND CUTTING INSIDE MY MOUTH AND TONGUE AND THE OTHER DR REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND TOLD ME I CANT COME BACK THERE, I WAS A LONG TIME PATIENT. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
