Friendly, attentive staff made the visit seamless. Dr. Basse was engaging and professional. Business manager Samantha was personable and willing to answer my questions without hesitation. All in all, a very comfortable environment providing prompt attention.
I did not get a copy of what procedure I had done. I got a copy of my credit card receipt. I paid over $600 but don’t know the breakdown of what I paid for. I did get an estimate of over $11,000 to build a six tooth bridge but I didn’t really get complete explanation or what other alternatives I may have. It seemed like they moved really fast. Someone did reach out to me after I left by the name of Amy to discuss the procedure and financing options but not sure why they didn’t do this while I was actually in the office.
