Marcie sold our property during a pandemic at 98% of list price AFTER it had fallen out of escrow twice. We originally listed in February 2020 and Marcie brought us two offers in 24 hours. One at list and one all cash over list with no contingencies. We went under contract but due to Covid 19 the buyer dropped out and forfeited their earnest deposit.
