A/C was working when they got there and stated everything was fine but when stopped working again, they wanted to charge another service call. Come to find out, the outside condenser was filthy and hardly any air was getting through. If we were told this we could have cleaned it. This seems to be a Heating and Cooling 101 issue.
After having Marciante Diversified to my house for a furnace issue I mentioned wanting to get A/C and heat installed in two rooms of my house. They suggested going with Mitsubishi mini split HVAC systems. Marciante is a Mitsubishi Diamond Star dealer. I did some research and found that these systems were highly rated. Very nice and honest company
They were absolutely amazing. They came for an emergency service. While here for that he worked hard and fast on our very old heater to get us heat for the night. Then called in the morning just to check on us. We ended up get a new heating and cooling system. They were able to come in the following day and get it in. It was absolutely amazing. They are the best. Would recommend to everyone I know. Thank you guys so much.
