Dr. Serrano is a wonderful doctor. He was the only doctor that would treat my child with his condition out of a dozen I called. He was very thorough, he took the time to engage with my young child, he answered every question and concern, he was very caring and empathetic. We’d never seen a psychiatrist before him and I feel so thankful that we found him! I would recommend him to my family and friends.
He's a completely arrogant physician. Did not listen to my complaint and in fact made it worse. He made me feel like I wasn't even a person.
