I chose Marcial Carpet Cleaning Solutions based in it being a family owned business, it's favorable ratings, and relatively close location to me. The husband and wife team arrived on time. Great care was taken to protect my tile floors and all corners where the hoses might come in contact with the hoses. They prepped the carpets by pre-treating and scrubbing them first.
