The billing at Alliance Spine and Pain is very poor! They billed me for the FIRST time, 2 years after the services took place and thought that was acceptable! It was clearly an issue on their end and they would not own it! It was a nice surprise to get billed 2 years later (and no - my address had not changed, phone number the same, insurance processed it 2 yrs ago, and my credit score is outstanding because I pay bills on-time).
