Ms Slattery did not inform myself about two blood orders. One was for alcohol and the other was for drugs. My blood work was clean. It is medicine best practice to inform the client/patient.
We chose this Provider because of the U.W. Reputation. More specificity we chose Dr. Slattery after hearing her interviews on PBS. Sadly, Dr. Slattery failed my son completely by letting us go at the most desperate time. This woman has no compassion and truly lacks a level of expertise as she never suggested a neuropsychological evaluation. All she did was throw medication after medication at us.
