Amazing service!
I am VERY Thankful for Columbus Opthalmology Associates for the amazing care they provide for my eye health. However, my last visit should have been an “in & out” visit, but instead I spent over an hour and a half WAITING on the Dr. NO apology for their delay and my time is just as important as theirs. I schedule my appointments months in advance and I do NOT expect to spend so much of my time WAITING to be seen! I do understand IF they had an emergency case, but, I was NOT made aware of such!
