RecommendedTransgender surgery for male to female transgender women patients (vaginoplasty)
She refuses to accept MediCare or Medi-Cal, premium healthcare only for those that afford it. I applaud that she doesn’t charge victims of FGM for reconstructive surgery, but she cares fuck-all for her transgender sisters that are homeless and destitute whose only insurance is social assistance programs.
Calm with a great sense of humour...she needed that when dealing with me!
that's she is transgender. and you get care , we want someone with experience. a different doctor might have religious hate.
they don't respond to my emails
The whole experience with Dr. Bowers was fantastic leading up to my surgery and while in the hospital. I had been in the hospital for other things before this surgery and the experience with Dr. Bowers is hands down the best experience I've had. My bottom surgery was on January 24th, 2019 and the healing process has been great as well. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend! 💜💜💜
I would recommend this doctor even if I have not met her in person - I think she is very brave to stand up for her community and her website gives me hope on a continual basis. Even if I never have surgery, knowing a doctor like this exists means there is still hope for the good of mankind/womankind.
yes, even though I have yet to have my vaginoplasty her nurse was so friendly and helpful to me when answering my questions
