OMG, Dr. Pagnale is phenomenal. My husband had a swollen lymph node on his neck, and she diagnosed him with cancer. She did his surgical biopsy and her team treated us like family. What a fantastic operation they have at Northwest community day surgery. Dr. Pagnale is guiding us through getting treatment, and we feel very optimistic with about his outcome. We are greatful for her bedside manner. You feel she really cares for her patients. She is truly a one if a kind doctor.
Dr. Pugnale performed a total thyroidectomy because my goiter was "huge" and growing. She explained everything clearly and without technical jargon. She took care to avoid any damage to the vocal cords. In fact, my stutter (which had been caused by pressure from the thyroid) is almost totally gone. My face looks much better thanks to removing a large mass from my neck. Dr. Pugnale made me feel that she really cared about me. I would recommend Dr. Pugnale enthusiastically to anyone who needs a great ENT doctor.
