I’ve always hated going to the dentist. My past experience elsewhere had been terrible I came to Dental associates without any expectations. They have made me look forward to going and I make all my visits on schedule. Dr Jake and his staff are extremely professional and truly care about the patient. Love Dr Jake and his staff!
Dr. Mazor was so professional. He told me what to expect every step of the way. He’s assistant was very personable. The TV showed a food channel and we were chatting about favorite foods. I will definitely recommend Dr. Mazor to anyone I meet!
My dental cleaning today was excellent! My hygienist Sara, completed my cleaning and was pleasant and informative. Both Sara and Dr. Jacob made me feel at ease. My teeth felt squeaky clean when I left!
This was my first visit and the experience was very professional. Started with the hygienist and then the doctor came in and we came up with a plan, so I’m looking forward to the next step.
Not only is the staff professional - they are genuine. Rarely do you wait more than a few minutes and the atmosphere is positive and relaxing. Going to the dentist is not on anyone's bucket list - but they make it as nice as humanly possible.
So busy they couldn't fix my tooth! While not a regular patient, I choose this practice because it was close to my home and a friend recommended the dentist. Turned out the dentist was on vacation and while they discovered my tooth pain was from a cavity, they couldn't do anything about it for a month and a half! The decor was very 80s, and the equipment seemed dilapadated.
Felt right at home Made me feel right at home, Understood my fear of the dentist and made sure I knew what was going on while keeping me distracted. Will make this my family dentist, so glad I found them!
First time Patient and will now be a long time patient . Girl at front desk with Dark Hair was friendly and Efficient… Sarah was Awesome and she didn’t even hurt me too bad with my Chickletts … Sarah was professional and friendly and I commend her for working hard on me … my grade on Sarah was an A plus Doc Jake even ending the visit on a high note … Glad I found you guys ….
